dowryOur Syrups bio:

Pressed cold without addition of vapor or enzymes, our fruits are transformed into syrups by a short cooking with 45%de biological cane sugar. Our syrups of plants are produced same manner starting from infusions concentrated of flowers, of sheets or of roots collected according to the precepts of the schedule of conditions of the S.I.M.P.L.E.S. refreshing Boissons with gas plain water or or milk our syrups are also used to aromatize your desserts (yoghourt, cheese drainer, sorbet, etc) You can also be used them for aperitif with a dry white wine or one creaming to carry out delicious kirs, or with a light beer. Our syrups of plants also enable you to make delicious instantaneous herb teas by simple warm water addition.

Juice and nactars bio of the Farm of KalblinIt is more than thirty varieties of different apples collected with full maturity on trees the high ones - stems which give to our apple juice its incomparable savour. Not filtered, it is pasteurized and bottled immediately after pressing. We propose it to you natural or mixes some according to our harvests of morello cherries, raspberries or bilberries. Or, another speciality of the Farm of Kalblin, aromatized with our plants by simple infusion at the time of pasteurization. Confidential production, our juices and nectars are only sold on sale direct with the Storeroom of the Mountain, Saveurs and Couleurs of the Mountains or the market of the producers of Strasbourg.
