Our Simple Bio:
The medicinal and aromatic plants bio of the Farm of Kalblin are gathered in mountain far from the sources of pollution and in a spirit of safeguard of the natural environment, or cultivated manually on our grounds in agrobiology since 1968. More than one about sixty species are thus collected dried or transformed with the farm to bring all their savour and their benefits to you.
Herb teas, Aromatics, Syrups, Jams and Condiments are prepared on the heights of Fréland starting from a popular knowledge which preserves the active ingredients of our simple.
Our Juices, Syrups, Jams and Cold Bio:
Our juices, syrups, jams and cold are manufactured with fruits cultivated in organic farming since 1968 or of wild bays collected in the mountains far from industrial or agricultural pollution. The fruit-lofts of our orchards are local varieties or old obtainings retained for their gustatory quality rather than for their output. Our wild fruits and bays are collected with the hand with full maturity. Their savours and qualities are preserved by traditional receipts excluding very proceeded chemical from transformation and conservation.

Home distillers of wire father, we distil only fruits, bays and plants collected by our care. Thus, unlike distillings, even artisanal , we buy fruits (often imported) neither deodorized alcohol, nor natural aromas . Our brandies bio are thus really the expression of the soil which we sublimate each year according to harvests
Our Bio Beers:
Harmoniously combining, thanks to their double fermentation, pure water of the Vosges to best biological malts, the beers of the Farm of Kalblin neither are filtered, nor pasteurized. They thus preserve all their typicity, reinforced by a delicate and scented key that the plants added to mixing confer to them. The farm of Kalblin is one of rare the microphone Alsatian brewery working out of the artisanal beers bio.
